Our Mission

Connected Families is a parents advocacy and support group for families caring for someone with a developmental disability that will inspire, encourage, educate and empower families.

Connected Families Drop In space....Thank You to CLB for allowing us to use the space once a month so our families can connect..

Come on out Friday January 25th 6:30 pm  and connect.  It will be our first meeting of the New Year....Halton Social Capital Committee will be speaking...It is being held at CLB, 3057 Mainway in the DROP IN CENTRE SPACE...East side of the building...See flyer on facebook for details....
